ARTICLE IX. WAIVER OF NOTICE

Whenever any notice is required to be given under the provisions of the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act of Texas or under the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation,or the Constitution or Bylaws of the Club, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deenied equivalent 10 the giving of such notice.
