ARTICLE X. AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS

These Bylaws may be altered, amended or repealed and new Bylaws may be adopted by a majority of the Directors present at any regular meeting or at any special meeting of The Board of Directors at which a quorum is present, provided as least ten (10) days prior to the meeting notice of the date of such meeting and the purpose thereof is published in the Press Club Bulletin; however, in no event shall such said acts or actions have the effect of terminating the membership of any person save and except by procedures similar to those set for in the Constitution of the Club. At such meeting members shall be given the opportunity to voice approval or disapproval of the proposed change
