ARTICLE V. ANTI-NEPOTISM

No member of the Club shall be employed and compensated by the Club. Furthermore, no persons in the immediate family of any member shall be employed and compensated by the Club. Immediate family, as used herein, shall include the brother or sister of such member, a member’s spouse, or any descendant of a member or his spouse. This provision does not prevent the Club from hiring as an independent contractor any person, provided that such action is approved by a majority of the Board of Directors.
