ARTICLE VI. AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION
This Constitution may be altered, amended or repealed and a new Constitution may be adopted by a majority of the members present at any regular meeting or at any special meeting of the members at which a quorum is present, provided at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting, notice of the purpose of such meeting and the date of such meeting is published in the Press Club Bulletin; provided, however, in no event shall such action with respect to the Constitution have the effect of terminating the membership of any person, save and except by procedures similar to those set forth in Article II, Section 5, hereof.
